Are there any 1/2's that allow drafting? Or any tri's at all? or are they all draft free?

There are draft legal triathlons, usually Olympic distance.  Not sure of any long course, draft legal races.

Those races are usually reserved for elite athletes.  Either pros, national, or junior national ranks.  There are other AG draft legal races, but they are rare, and the field size is usually limited to minimize the chaos. 

For various reasons...draft legal biking would be extremely dangerous if it were open to all AGers and "normal" field sizes of 300-1000+ racers.
