Subject: RE: Running but getting slower could be how you are training. if you are going too hard each run, it's leaving you fatigued and not recovered for the next run that you're going to hard on... and so on. And, if your volume has decreased- well, there ya' go. In my experience so far- my speed is correlated, more than anything, with the number of miles I have run per week, for the last 4-6 months. Mostly easy, sometimes hard, and lotsa' volume. |
