Great to hear Yanti. I felt you were trying to finish. I forgot all about the flies down under. They really suck. Rest up.

You are going to do great in New Zealand. Can't wait to do it agin..... I want to reserve a spot right now please!

Each time you do an IM Yanti... you get closer and closer to finishing! The next one you do... you WILL see the finish line! I just know it!

Great job pushing till they made you stop. It takes guts to do what you did... train in 8 short weeks, ride for MANY hours on your bike trainer, ETC.!!!!!

Thanks for sharing your training and stories with us! *Hugs*

You're amazing. No need for anything more. N xxxPS: you did well to only eat 7 flies

You know how it is with IM nutrition, Nigey Pie ... you want to eat more but you just can't.

I was in Busselton to "experience" an ironman from the safety of the sidelines. Seeing all the runners out there in that heat was inspirational. I was waiting for someone to hop onto the beach and jump in the ocean to cool off!

Getting out there and giving it your best is all you can ask for. I saw in one of the posts above that you're going to be doing an Ironman in NZ. Hopefully those conditions will be much more favourable!

Wow! Thank you for coming out! The spectator support was incredible and I know a lot of folks drove in from (fairly) afar like Perth.

What's funny is the "heat" was wonderful to me. That's perfect temps!
