you know, we could rehash the past between us, but why?  what is done is done.  instead, let us focus on our new relationship.

so here's what we are going to do.  you are going to keep me honest.  you are going to keep me humble.  you are going to introduce me to all sorts of amazing people.  and you are going to help me fullfill my dream.

what is that dream?  i am so glad you asked.  because it also conicsides with what i can do for you.  my dream is to make life fun. 

i have talked with so many people who see training as a burden.  so many people complaining about having to swim when they rather be running.  so many people upset that they didn't hit their goal time.  rather than focus on all the amazing things they have accomplished and the fact that they are doing this for fun, they can't seem to overlook the one thing that didn't go their way.

no, i am not telling you to change.  i am not telling you your goals are stupid.  what i am presenting you is the oppertunity to focus on the good of your life.
