How's the toe Pam?

Toe is ok. Still hurts if I touch but in general not messing with my life - thankfully. I've broken my toes so many times (I have a habit of not turning on lights at night) that I think most of the bones have no idea what they are supposed to look like.

Everybody still planking? I missed yesterday so I'll do doubles today.

Still planking here. Been lazy and only doing one 1 minute plank a day.

I pretty much blew off the last couple of weeks of May.  But I am doing the plank a day again in June.

You can do some make up work! I am figuring I am averaging a plank a day instead of actually one a day. Though I found over the travel week that if I just kinda fell out of bed and did a plank, it was done.

Well, I out of the "Plank a Day". Went on vaca last week and didn't plank at all for 6 days. And then I came back and have been sporadic since then. But I'm still planking and will be attempting to have a plank minute a day thru the year. Yesterday I did 3 plank min to make up for the 2 prior days that were missed. Maybe not the letter of the challenge but at least it's the spirit.....

That works for me

I, too have been somewhat remiss. I skip days then do multiple minute planks to make up on days that I can. I am going on vacation and hope to be good about getting at least my planks in, if nothing else. Though part of the vacation is a tri!

Have fun all!

Mike and Robin, I'm out for a little while. My back started hurting late last week so I'm breaking from the planks and crunches for a while to see if bad form might be causing it. I really don't think that's it but who knows. Could be the downhill running. Or work stress causing tension. Anyway, I'm gonna try a break of a week or so and see what happens. Keep planking away!

EOY checkin. I couldn't plank for most of Dec because of minor surgery on arm but I did end up with over 400 plank minutes for the year. I still have another two weeks of no planking to allow the cut to heal and then I'll start back next year. I'm going to try to stay with at least 365 plank minutes for the year because I notice a huge difference in my core strength when I do the crunches and planks. I usually skip a day or two and then do two to three min of planks in a session. Maybe not optimal but it's working. Mike, thanks for starting the challenge and getting me to work at it.

Thanks for joining! I ended up with 260 plank minutes. I really need to get back at it.
