Hope the pain in your neck goes away soon. Is it a pinched nerve making it tough to turn your head? I hate when that happens.

Mike, WTG on keeping on thru the back pain but I swear, I think I would have to back away.

I still planking too.  I 've got around 2 hours 10 minutes planking.  I'm going to continue the challenge this month but I'm probably just going to be around a min a day.  I'm going thru a valley with my training and actually thought about complete and total rest days to see if that would put some pep in my step.  But instead I decided to stay with just one plank and my crunches because I've fought too hard to lose that strength now.

Anybody else still planking with us?

I'm still in ... doing my own version.  I do two planks every other day.  Just seems to work out better for me that way.  When I started in January I could barely do a modified plank (knees down).  Now I can do regular prone planks and am building my time up.  This is a huge improvement for me, so thanks for this challenge!

Yay, Dee!  I noticed that you were doing great in the Feb challenge.

I'm still at it too.  This month it has usually only been 1 plank for 1 min each day because I needed a little break.

Quick report in to say I'm still planking.  I still usually only doing 1 minute a day but I'm trying to mix it up - regular plank, hand plank, side, or reverse.

Love the song.  Glad to have you with us.

I have a confession.  Last weekend, I just plum forgot to do my plank on Saturday.  Then on Sunday, I realized just before bed that I didn't plank and I was too tired and too p.o.'ed to drop down and do it.  Did extra today and yesterday to make up for it.  I've been thinking about revising things (like 10 plank min per week) but since Robin is joining us, I'll stay with the plank a day thru May at least.

Glad to see you here, Robin!

I am going to continue my 2 planks every other day  (except for more when I have to make some up LOL).  I am going to work on the length of time and making them more solid feeling.

Whoops, I had a slip on Tues and Wed. Hubby is out of town, son's schedule is hectic, broke my toe, and in general been a beotche this week. But today I tried to makeup for the two slipped days and did 3 min of planks (1 min for each day.) As an aside, I skipped my crunches too so today I did 200 crunches. I'm so gonna pay for that.

Toe is ok. Still hurts if I touch but in general not messing with my life - thankfully. I've broken my toes so many times (I have a habit of not turning on lights at night) that I think most of the bones have no idea what they are supposed to look like.

Everybody still planking? I missed yesterday so I'll do doubles today.
