What are good focal points regarding to streamlining... extend arms, shoulders to ears, feet touching?
Tall posture, flex the gluts, bring the legs together (feel the inner thighs working ).
Most importantly FEEL the water on your body moving past it. Compare with the feels you get when you change the position of something or when your streamlining speed slows down |
