Subject: I need a good OW Tri swim coach in S. Miami
My GF and I need to find a good tri swim coach in S. Miami or someone who is a really good OW Tri swimmer who has the time to teach new swimmers how to OW tri swim. My GF has done one sprint tri with a full wetsuit.  My PB 1mile (wetsuit)swim is 36:02 but I have formed bad swimming habits already, trying to learn how to swim without a coach. We are 59 and 62. We are hoping that someone here can help us or put us in contact with someone that can teach us how to swim. Our work schedules are flexible and we often train at Tri Beach if that is helpful. Thanks in advance for your help.

Everyone--thanks for the help.

 Me and MaryLotus found a real sleeper coach here in Miami.  This lady is very good, is $12 for 1 1/2hr pool time and knows her sh-t.  We trained with her 3 nights in a public pool off the beaten path and my first tri after her coaching I took 11minutes off my OW swim time, same swim course race 1 year ago.  Today I had another PB 1936m OW swim. This coach is killin us in the pool, but the results are amazing.

Hope you have found some one. If not there is a guy that works at Mack Cycle in sunset and us1 by the name of Juan. He came out 5 in the last tri racing for Mack Cycle. He is very good. Good luck.
