Comments:

Haven't ran a 5k in some time and training for a marathon I figured I had speed right now. Went out with a buddy and stayed with him through mile 1 at 6:27, then past him and into the wind keep the pace steady at 6:30, and was able to stay at that pace to the finished. Really suprised myself I didn't think I still had that kind of speed. Was not hurting that bad, probably left some time out there. Very pleased with my time and effort and it end up being a great interval for me.
What would you do differently?:

nothing maybe pushed the pace a little after mile 2
