Brooks Defyance 6 for just about everything. I love this shoe. I'm not easy on my shoes and usually run them past the expected use time. I run until I feel in my feet that they're worn out (usually pain in the ball of my feet for 2-3 consecutive runs). Just bought a new pair on Sunday.

I do use Brooks Green Silence for track workouts and some shorter races up to 10k).

Looking for a trail shoe to buy around June for my Xterras I have planned.

I love running.

Newton Gravity for training, Newton MV2 racing, Newton Terra Mometum for trail runs and winter running. I also have a couple of pair of Newton Distance that I bought when I raced and trained in them. The Gravity is a little more durable, so better for training, and the MV2's are just so super light and since I'm rarely race any further than 10 milers, they're perfect. 1/2 marathons would be in my Distance. Yes, I do like Newtons... the first shoe that ever felt natural for me to run in.

NB 890 and Saucony Triumph 9

I did try Kinvara 2 but had hip flexor problems later in the year, it was probably a combination of over training and new shoes.

Brooks Pure Cadence 1 (also had to return the newer model 2, as it rubbed wrong where the nav band is but only on my right foot), Newton Motion (just makes you want to run fast), and just got gifted a pair of Hoka Bondi B (my moon shoes per my kids).

Also use Brooks Racer ST5 and Saucony Hurricane.

Brooks Adrenaline 12.  I have short, fat feet and the wide size fits me well.

I thought my running days were over until I found Asics Gel 1170s.  Like running on little electric green pieces of heaven.   PF/bone spurs no longer an issue!!
