REV3 or HITS or Ironman

Saw a post over in the Iron distance training Talk forum comparing REV3 and ironman.  I would like to add the HITS to the topic. For anyone who has done REV3 or HITS or ironman can you post your likes and or dislikes of each? I am asking more for the HIM distance. Was originally looking at the Syracuse 70.3 or HITS North Country 70.3.  Any advise BTers?
