Was my first time putting on sock in T2 in a sprint since I have switched to shoes that hurt when running sockless, so that took a few extra seconds

My best run ever in a sprint tri. The big difference for me was that I didn't sprint out of transition, I did a quick job until I could feel my legs and then really picked up the speed.

My best friend brought my kids so I just hung out with them. I placed 2nd in my age group so we hung around for the awards
