Subject: Dover DE running suggestions

I am going to be in Dover for a week and I need some assistance with places to run so I can continue my half marathon training. I will be by Silver lake/Deleware State University. Anyone know of a good place close to this that would be a good place to run with trails or paths?

You might want to consider Brecknock Park. It's technically in Camden, DE but it's just a few miles from your location. It's a shorter trail run with some ups and downs...but Killens State Park will give you LOTS of cross country running. It's only drawback is that it's about 16 miles south of Del State and a 25 minute drive. Both are "google-able."
