Pittsburgh half marathon bib # available.

so, my wonky foot isn't going to allow me to be ready for the 1/2 so I have my bib # available for transfer. It says the new runner must pay the current registration rate, but I've no idea what that is.  please send an email to me if interested.  [email protected]  Transfer has to be done by 3/31.
