I ran as part of a co-ed team and since the team's total time is based on the three fastest men and the one fastest woman and I am the slowest of the 4 men on the team I held back to pace our fastest woman and help her out by letting her draft off me.

I wasn't racing I was working for the team.

Event comments:

This was the first time I did the Army 10-miler and I really had a good time. I'm actually glad that I had the chance to take it easy and see the sights.
