As part of my foot rehab, I'm transitioning from the elliptical to the run by doing gym workouts where I started all elliptical and have moved to now half elliptical/half treadmill.  Keep in mind the elliptical and treadmill are located 10 feet apart.  Here's what my Garmin reported I ran today:

Next time set your Garmin to Indoor to turn off the GPS before the training session.

I get that even when I turn my GPS off. I thought you were going to post some crazy speeds, which is what i get every so ofter. Went for a bike ride last weekend and my Garmin told me that my fastest speed was 140mph. Now, I know that there was no way I went that fast.

I can beat that: 14000m climbing on a 7K run in just 38 minutes, but my record yet is 37000m climb in just 5 minutes on a 750m warm up run. Everest is for kids.

Two weeks ago my 310XT recorded me going downhill at 145.56 mph...that was some hill.

Looks like you strapped the Garmin on a kid at Halloween.

Yeah, next time turn off the GPS... will save you battery life and memory space in addition to removing maps like that (although it was entertaining)

And today, my ride.  Keep in mind I live alongside SF Bay and started from my home.  Needless to say, did an elevation reset on the 910 . . .

Elevation Oops
