wheeee it sounds like fun! in your report, it sounds like the cramp was a cramp of anticipating cramps!

My favorite parts were the off-route bit, and the beer and chips at the end. I had to hold my nose at the bathroom description, could almost smell it!

Well done Mate.

Pop one of these in your drink bottle Chris, or energy powder with electrolyte. Otherwise too much water dilutes your salt levels.

My caffinated ones aren't as fizzy as these.  Ever tried pulling the stopper with your teeth when the bottles got up to pressure? Just like shaking a coke can & then pulling the ringpull with your face in the way. Whoosh! Splat!

No, I actually use these, well the caffeinated ones.
