Veteran  348   Cincinnati |  Subject: Boston Tribute in Spinning Last NightWent to a spinning class last night.. One of the girls who was there ran in Boston on Tuesday and our Instructor grew up in Boston... Kick- workout and everyone was dragging about 45 minutes into it. Then he said "give it everything you got" and the song "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" came on.. Needless to say everyone went nuts in that class.. I have never been in a spinning class where people were pushing it so hard and hooting and hollering!! For those who havent heard of the song, the link is below |

Veteran 335 | Subject: RE: Boston Tribute in Spinning Last Night Had spin class last night as well and it was the hardest, most intense effort I think I have ever had... Got lost in the brain game and my mind went back to Monday... Only way to shake it off was to focus all that rage into the pedals.... That song would have made it a perfect storm!!!
