how did it go? I've only every done half mary in a half iron. I went out a but quick but held it together for 1:33:42

apparently my official time was 3 seconds faster than I thought. Good luck at Scotia, looks like a pretty flat run.

I noticed the same thing... I'm running the Scotia -- first HM for me.    Flat profile works for me!
