| Subject: RE: Two cyclists taken out by motorcycle One of our local rides, called the Rockstore. There's a biker bar nearby. This curve is apparently in excess of 270 degrees, so people camp out here for photos etc. Great lawsuit evidence, as that rider will be paying some $$$ |

There appears to have been a large group of bicyclists out, possibly some sort of organized ride? The motorcycle had to have passed many other bicyclists before striking these two riders. What was he thinking? |

This is normal so cal riding on a nice weekend., Hundreds of cyclists all over those hills, as well as cars and motos |

There's actually a helmet cam video from the rider behind him showing him riding pasts several cyclists before acting like a complete moron for the cameras in that turn and almost killing that guy. |

I might have thought it would get a bit heated... I may be cursing the motorcyclist out after knowing everyone was basically ok. x2 on that. He says that on the weekends, it's basically cyclists and fast cars (can you say expensive Italian models) and motorcycles. I understand there have been a number of close calls on this road. I am a nubie and was aspiring to ride this this summer with my more experienced friend...now, I'm not so sure. The guy that was "first contact" looked pretty bad. Looks like a head injury to me.
