Subject: Old Colony YMCA Triathlon

MA BTers, I am considering racing this race the only problem is that I don't have a car to get there... I was wondering if anyone who lives close Boston might have an extra space so I can catch a ride? I'll treat breakfast or lunch after the race ;)

Jorge, I'm not in or near Boston, but if you take the train to Middleboro I'll pick you up there. I have no idea what the train schedule is like on a Saturday, or what a pain in the neck it would be to do with a bike, but it could be an option.

Hey thanks for the invitation (), but the reason I am looking to race Old Colony is because of the tough competition it will have. Courtney from FIRM mentioned some of the names who will be at the race and more than a few are VERY fast guys. That's why I want to race it, to get my arss kick around and see how good or bad I am doing against competitive guys. I haven’t specifically train for the race and most likely I won’t even taper (I’ll do a long ride and swim on Sat at Walden) so I might even be a bit tired on Sunday, but still I can’t let this opportunity pass ya know
