What's the difference if any other than the price?  Looking to buy one next week not sure if I should go with the cheaper one or does one have advantages over the other?

I just ordered one of these, the kit with the headphones. A little expensive but from the reviews I saw on the others this seemed to last much longer.

Someone need to tell me if these work, or how well.  The wife got me one that after a couple turns, water get's in my ear bast the headphones and it sounds all muffled.

I guess I have big ear canals as the rubber ear buds don't keep out the water.

Yikes, as an underwater photographer, I wouldn't want to take any electronics underwater that have the "F" word as part of their name!

I have an audio flood iPod and love it. Sound is great. Haven't had a problem yet with sound even when water gets past the earphone. Thy also came with 3 different sized ear buds. The large re pretty big. I I'd get rid of the plastic part that hooks around the ear. I just use my swim cap to keep them in.

We (wife and I) both use underwater audio and love them.  That plus a 910xt and I can listen to tunes and NOT have to even count laps!

Transformed my long swims…  Smile

I've had an underwater audio for just over a year now....absolutely no problems...love that thing.

Got cheap headphones on amazon...and they work fine as well (not perfect because sometimes water gets in and it is muffled...but still sounds fine....I'm not expecting JBL quality sound underwater while swimming....lol....just need to stop thinking so much!)

I have the waterproof shuffle, but also got the X-1 case for it. I found the X-1 positions better on the goggles.  The headphones it comes with are great.  I'll go a full hour in the water including flip turns at each end and never have to adjust the ear buds.  Works great!!

Finis swimp3

I use this.. It's fantastic and does not use earbuds. It uses bone conduction audio transmission.

Just received and used the audio flood iPod this week. The ear buds are just ok. My right external ear canal is shaped differently and I had a hard time, even with 3 different buds sizes, getting it to stay in place. The device works fine, however, and it loads music like any other apple device. A little pricey but it sure takes the bordem from the laps.

I've used the audio flood for a few months.  Works great - never had an issue.  Syncs right to ITunes. Sometimes one ear bud gets out of wack and the sound is muffled, but, most of the times no problem.
