When clicking on threads from a search result...

e.g...

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/search/query.asp?fid=0&action=search&searchforumid=all&keywords=&mode=1&subjects=1&messages=1&author=trirsquared&collapsethreads=1&datemode=1&days=6&custom-start=&custom-end=

This is a bookmark I keep that sows me threads I've participated in within the last 6 days.

On threads with only one page clicking on the topic title seems to take you to the bottom of page 1.

With threads with more than one page it takes you to the first post on the first page.

I read somewhere about "bar ends" to put on your handle bars, do you recommend them? Is this similar to adding clip on aero bars?

I got a new pair of the same size / brand of shoes and started running on them. On my left foot, the toe next to the big toe starts to get a little painful and goes numb after the first 1-3 miles.
