Subject: Bold face, Italics, Underline options in "Quotes" to a Reply
So far I've been unable to find out how to apply bold face, sarc font etc to replys-particularly 'Quote" a reply.
Appreciate all the hard work. thanks.

Formatting --

That's a user specific setting.  I'm not sure why the default is to have it off but you can turn it on by clicking the Hello drop down in the upper right corner and going to settings

Hello > Settings > Forum Settings > General > Set "Use rich editor for blog and forum posts?" to Yes

Quotes -- use the Quote button below the post.
