Subject: Enhance blog page load order

I hope that I can explain this correctly.  When I go to a training log, the menu and training log data loads and then there is a pause and the dashboard loads in between.  The pause is long enough that I've already started to read the training log.  When the dashboard loads, it shoves the training log data down.

The dashboard loading seems to be more of an issue in Firefox 21.0 than in Chrome 26.

The pain is palpable after a run mid shaft, medial to bone around the interosseous border. Resistive movement does not effect it. Most pain is with load bearing during a run.
