Subject: Cannondale CAAD9 7 bike & triathlon starter kit
Amazing triathlon starter kit includes:
- Cannondale CAAD9 5 (size 58 - good for people 6'0" to 6'2")
- Garmin Forerunner 305 triathlon watch with heart rate monitor strap and quick change bike mount and wrist strap
- CycleOps fluid trainer
- Vision TT aerobars
- Profile Design Fast Forward carbon triathlon seatpost (original seatpost also included)
- Profile Design aero water bottle and mount
- Size 12 Lake triathlon shoes
--------------------------------------------------
Asking price for everything is $1,100
--------------------------------------------------
The bike is a 2009 model, has been used for less than 3 years (I bought a new tri bike last year) mostly indoors, has been regularly serviced and is in great condition. The rest of the gear is in good shape. This is the ideal starter kit for someone just getting into triathlon and would cost many more thousands of dollars to buy new or assemble separately. Priced to sell quickly.

All of my road rash has healed, but my right shoulder is still in a lot of pain. I have started swimming, but only really, really light workouts. Do you have any recommendations on stretches?

I'm not sure if one of these models is better, both are from 2009 aluminum/carbon combinations. I realize this is a difficult question but any thoughts as which bike is better for a woman?

We will take a peek into the lowly saddlebag to see what needs to be in there in case of emergency. Much of this may be common sense, some might surprise you, and some are simply just my opinion.
