Subject: 20 week Half Iron Training Program basic question
I just started using the 20 week program and I see Core #'s 1,2,and 3 listed under the strength blocks but I can't find a reference to what they are. Can someone help me out with exactly what each of those are? I can keep do crunches and stuff with the stability ball until then but I'd like to know exactly what they are recommending. Thanks!

Good luck with that! I'm 3 weeks into my plan and have yet to find the time for core work! It's way overrated......right?
