Otherwise, if it isn't the water, all you can do is keep practicing in OW and maybe try one of the seasick wristbands. Some people just can't overcome seasickness because of the way their inner ear is built. When we had the HIM down here in Key West in January, then water was extremely rough (3 to 4 foot seas ) an quite of few people got really sick to the point of throwing up (a few BT'rs ).
