I PR my HIM by 30 minutes this weekend. Definitely saved time peeing on the bike. Now how do I get the stench out of my shoes?

Putting smelly shoes in the freezer kills the smelly particles. Throw them in a plastic bag or something first and then leave them in the freezer over night. No problemo.

I wash my bike shoes in top rack of my dishwasher with inserts out and no dishes with dish detergent no dry cycle. When I remove them I stuff newspaper up in them to absorb then put them on on my boot drying rack....they are good to go within 12 hours.

This^^^ or a 28 minutes- doesn't take 5 minutes to pee...

And peed shoes in the freezer?????? Like with the food?????

I did read Christy Wellington's book where she said it was a good way to prevent someone from drafting.....

Smells: I keep fabric softener sheets stuffed in my son's basketball shoes between games

I didn’t used to like to run slow. You begin to recalibrate your needs and wants and if-only you could jog an easy two miles, three times per week. Running is a gift.

Club or group workouts are very motivating and soon you’ll start feeling like a triathlete, making you less likely to flake out.
