Did a solid 21.88 in 1hour on the trainer this morning with a 8:15 1 mile run afterwards.(PR on that 1 mile by 16 seconds!)

After work tonight is a mile swim out at lake Pflugerville, then rest until the race on Sunday.

Good afternoon

Well a nice easy recovery day here went over to the pool for a nice easy 1200M at lunch and I do mean easy, The OWS with the club went much better then the last time no panic attacks this time out and I made 2 loops of the lake for a complete Mile a first for me. Not blazingly fast 33:00 Min for the mile but much better then last weeks 22:00 minutes for the .5 mile loop, so I am pretty happy about that today.

May hit the bike later not sure yet, I am pretty tired and could probably use a rest.

Have a great day everyone

Awesome job on that swim. My 1.1 mile at the lake yesterday was 55 min. So your blazing fast compared to me!

Plan calls for 4.5 mile run and 1,100 yards in the pool..

Coming off a stomach/lower GI issue that may cause me to skip the run but the swim shouldn't be a problem..

Enjoy the day.

Hello all! Might be a rare total off day for me. Woke up late, got busy with kids' activities, and now I must do a flight-of-the-bumble-bee cleaning job before the boss AKA hubby gets home tonight! He is the neat freak of the family, I am not. My younger daughter and I have been slobs all week! If time allows I'll sneak in some plyos--and if not, that's OK too!

It's Friday here already and now last day of school. Hip hip hooray! Yesterday one-hour run at 5:15 AM. PM wanted to do a quick swim workout before a social obligation but pool was locked and no lifeguard, so no go. Skipped out on cocktail party (for departing school head) after an hour and headed to gym pool, where I managed to get in 20 minutes of swimming around tens of dive-bombing children. Hoping to get in a better swim today--heading home Monday to my cold pool and master's swim and need to toughen up a bit!

A little over 12 miles in 2 hours on my run last night. Sticks are a little tight and sore.
