Sweet! I'm originally from Sioux Falls!

And I agree. I'm a T.I.T.S. man.

I heart switch! BTW, if you want to race faster, aero T.I.T.S. is a better bet.

Good idea. How about swimming - TINS (time in the suit)
TDTC - time doing the crawl

I really try to have my T.I.T.S. as aero as possible, so much so lately that I have bruises on my butt to prove it (damn expansion cracks).  The only exception is when I'm really working hills, and then my T.I.T.S. work is a lot of up and down, you know, in and out.

That's a negative ghost rider, the pattern is full.

As a beginner myself, I can say that learning about T.I.T.S. was not an issue for me. In fact, it is my favorite of the three... and I am there to educate other beginners as the need arises.

Dude, you are just begging him to buzz the tower. Can you do that with T.I.T.S?

I have not felt right all day long and finally realized it's due to a lack of T.I.T.S. today Amazing how much joy and satisfaction something as simple as T.I.T.S. bring.

If you can't get any T.I.T.S. today, make sure you go work on your stroke. And HTFU.

Usually we're a balanced group that sees all sides. But wow, did this proposal go down fast. It appears to be as popular here, as Paula Deen at the Image Awards.

It's my understanding that if you have some great T.I.T.S you can do pretty much whatever you want.

Of course we should probably have acronyms for our training while in T.I.T.S.

Biking On Our Best Individual Effort

Hills On Our Threshold Effort Repeating

Hmmmm.....
