Spinervals Virtual Rides
Spinervals Hard Core 100 (it's 5 hours)

There are a number of 1.5 - 2 hour rides in the Spinervals series.

I'm sure there are other trainer DVDs for a couple hours but those are a couple I've used and have worked well for me.

Thanks ...done... Just taking ages to download....perfect excuse for an extra hour in bed!

My ignorance shows my lack of tech savvy on how easy these things are these days....

I actually would not recommend Sufferfest for 1:30-2hr rides. Wayyyy too hard if you're doing them right for that length.

TrainerRoad.com's got some good steady state rides of that duration.

I still do Sufferfest videos for endurance trainer rides, back off to 75% FTP and stay entertained while not wiping your self out.

Folks..thanks for the feedback...

Did it and loved it apart from the video stream stalling every so ofton....not sure if it is the file or my PC...

Wet and raining here again tomorrow...when I normally do my 3 hour ride...will probably give the blender another shot tomorrow...

Yes it's hard...but you can temper it to you own individual abilities....it just makes getting through a couple of hours on the wind trainer easier...

Can anyone recommend any other good DVD/video training sets for long course training....there is so much out there that it gets a bit confusing....
