Zoom Multisport Racing is hosting a Multisport Racing and Training Camp at Caesar Creek State Park in Waynesville, OH on Saturday July 27. You are all invited. Here is more info...

Fast & Fit Multisport Camp

What: Do you want to learn more about triathlon and duathlon training and racing? Whether you’re a beginner preparing for your first race or a seasoned veteran who wants to get faster, we are here to help!

At this USAT sanctioned camp you will learn how to

• Perfect your swim stroke, improve swimming efficiency, and confidently handle the open water.
• Maximize your pedal power, maintain higher speeds, and become one with your bike.
• And run faster, with fewer injuries, and less effort.
• Transition with grace, speed, and agility.
• Race safely, fuel properly, and feel positively.

Then put it all into action in a super sprint Triathlon or Duathlon! You choose the challenge!
• Triathlon: 300 yard Swim / 10 mile Bike / 2 mile Run
• Duathlon: 1 mile Run / 10 mile Bike / 2 mile Run

When: 7:30am-7:30pm on Saturday July 27th

Where: Caesar Creek State Park beach in Waynesville, Ohio

3:00-4:30pm: Run Clinic
• Physiology & Form
• Exercises & Drills
• Putting it into Practice

4:30-5:30pm: Strength, Nutrition, & Rules
• Snack
• Eating Right for Training & Racing
• Multisport Strength Training
• Tips & Tricks
• USAT Rules

6:00pm-7:30pm: Practice Multisport Race
• TRI: 300 yard Swim / 10 mile Bike / 2 mile Run
• DU: 1mile Run / 10 mile Bike / 2 mile Run

7:30pm-8:30pm: Dinner (included)
