Not sure how accurate it is since I'm on vacation and using a different scale, but I'll take it. Especially since this weekend was my birthday, and I'm visiting my mom, who has horrible eating habits (forget to eat lunch? just wait longer for dinner, but eat some M&M's in the meantime) which makes me eat badly too. Not to mention all that good homecooked food, AND my birthday was Monday. Plus, the weather has been too bad to run...

7/17 - 124 lbs.

Had a bad week this week. Only had one day where I stuck to my calorie count and all other days were full of too much eating, over-carbing up for a race on Saturday, too much celebration over the race and my longest ride to date on Sunday, and then having a bad oly course preview on Monday and eating my feelings. Tuesday night was dinner and a movie out with friends and I ate too much. Bad week of eating, and I've paid the price.

*puts on big girl pants* Okay, back to eating well. Hoping for a better week.

224, Not especially happy, but started tracking calories again with livestrong.com

Been training my hardest ever in my life, not necessarily seeing the weight loss.

7/18 - 187.4    Steady freddy.  I've made a vow, no midweek after dinner chocolate sweets until after IM Canada Aug 25, been making a habit of those).  I think that will help me drop down to 180-185 for the race.  (I do give myself a yogurt and almonds as a sweet treat)

My diet is still out of control, but I'm having fewer out of control days. So.
7/3 - 125 lbs
7/10 - 122 lbs
7/17 - 124 lbs
7/24 - 121 lbs
Moving in the right direction. Hoping to still hit 120 next week to meet this month's goal. How is everyone else doing?

Well I've been lazy for the past few weeks and have not posted.  I have been in a bit of a slump lately.  With my first half iron distance tri being cancelled, put me in a bit of a sour mood.

Weighed in at 189.2lbs this morning.  About a 1lb gain since my last check in a few weeks ago, nothing to gripe about, but still in the wrong direction. 

I need to get more motivated and out of this slump!

Second.  Last was IMAZ at 220+ pounds.  Right now I say it's my last.  It's tiring!   But I suspect I'll do another at some point

a pound over a week is within the margin of error     So over a few weeks it's actually a good sign

226 AND VERY FREAKING FRUSTRATED!

Ok the past week I have tracked my nutrition on livestrong.com. I am eating around 1800 to 2000 gross calories a day this is taken prior to putting wha my expected burn amount was from my fitness. This is with what I would call a healthy amount of training. The one day I topped 2100 gross calories, I rode for two hours on a group ride average 17.5 mph, which was a PR.

I think I have stopped whining today, but I am getting terribly frustrated, been stuck for several weeks at 225 arena.
