Coming up is a three week stretch that seems to have like a kabillion races!  Weekends of the 13/14, 20/21, and then the 27/28.

Who is doing which one and who is going out to jockstrap?  My plan is to bike out to Pewaukee and watch that one then the following weekend is Door County.

No racing or jockstrapping here. I'll be training and possibly doing hospital visits to my sister.

I am doing Door County HIM on 7/21 & most likely Triing for Children (sprint) the following weekend (7/28).  And who knows, maybe I too will cycle out to Pewaukee to watch whoever might be out there.  Good luck to everyone racing!

There's a small sprint up by me in Phillips on the 13th that I'm planning to do then on the 28th I will either do The Triing for Childrens in Eagle or the Ripon Tri. Not sure which one of the two is better though, Thoughts?

My "lot of races" come in August with either a small local sprint or REV3 on the 11th, one over in Waupaca or the Twin Citis on the 17th/18th, the Stevens Point Duahlon on the 24th, and there's a couple on the 31st.

Racing Door County Half on the 21st, and hooting on my wife and DJ on the 20th for the Sprint. Then, Shoreline Duathlon on Aug. 17th.....oh wait, I forgot cheering on DJ at REV3 Dells on 11th.

Swimming three times a week is the minimum amount of time you will need to set aside if you are hoping to swim in a sprint triathlon. Three times a week allows you to vary your practices.

This Intermediate 20 week plan is a quick ramp up in overall volume, but with 20 weeks to train only, it is a gradual and safe approach because of the alternating weeks of the long run/bike.

The schedule consists of 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work too. The maximum volume is around 7 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.
