Expert  3126     Boise, ID |  Subject: ACA Employer Mandate Pushed to 2015I wondered how the dems were planning on dealing with the ACA fallout in the 2014 elections. Guess now I know. Rather disturbing to me that our duly elected representatives draft and pass a law that is then signed by the executive and then the executive thinks it has the right and ability to amend that law after passage. I don't care what "side" you are on that is wrong and dangerous. |

What they are communicating is that they will choose to not enforce the employer healthcare mandate that is required by the law. The other irony of it all is Obama rightfully criticized President Bush for violating the separation of powers when he used "signing statements" to rewrite legislation.
