Subject: Ironman with family and a FT job?
I'm writing an article for my blog that's getting rave reviews (my mom says it's good!) and am hoping to interview some Ironman distance age-groupers with kids and a full-time job. If you have 5-10 minutes and want no compensation other than a good feeling please email me at [email protected]

Thanks in advance for your time!

Colin

You’re probably not going to get it just right immediately. Like always, just do the best you can and keep on keeping on. Don’t get upset if you don’t hit the target every time.

This is not an easy task, especially for the “9-to-5er” with family. But you can do it – all without sacrificing your marriage, job or family.

My training was taking off. I had never felt stronger. I was making bigger strides than I ever had. I was stronger and faster than I had imagined myself ever being.
