Good pace. I guess there is always area for improvement, i feel like i could go 1-2 minutes faster if I wouldn't be day dreaming at some point of time. Just stay focused!

Good run, but felt really good on that day. Last 2 km run really fast, which could mean that I could have run faster whole run part.
What would you do differently?:

Push harder on the run, especially that 30 seconds would move me 3 positions up.
