My gender is incorrect and I would like to add upcoming races to my athlete profile.  Any thoughts?

EDITED

I know what you are talking about.  That info can change when you are allowed to fill out a new athlete profile.  How long has it been since the current profile?

I had a profile from last year but took a hiatus from BT Gold and then upgraded back to gold a month ago and filled out a new profile recently since I added coaching again.  Probably not a big deal at this point, but I was interested in adding more detail to the profile.  Btw, one of the plans that I loaded on my calendar had strength training.  I changed to a custom plan and loaded on to my calendar.  It overwrote the old one as I wanted, but kept the strength training.  This is fine, but I am curious if there are other stock strength programs to choose from that can be uploaded.

I would add any additional profile or changes to the thread - that way the coaches are sure to see the change.

Regarding strength training, you can import any of the strength parts of the silver plans - just about all of them have it.

Would it be a simple and advisable to swap back and forth between the road seat post with no aero bars and the tri seat post with aero bars?

I'm going to let you in on how to get faster by doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but you won't have to raise your heart rate, put out 300 watts, or really even break a sweat.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"

When people think of hydration in the aero position, the first name that comes to mind is the Aerodrink from Profile Design. I was expecting a pretty quick and breezy review of this water bottle.
