GUYS/GIRLS

Anyone doing the Katy Flatlands Century Ride:

http://www.northwestcyclingclub.com/index.php/rides-and-events/club...

ITs very cheap, for a 100 mi practice ride with adequate RS and Safe route to bike.

Cheers GUYS

It's more than a week out, why the weather talk? It will be hot, that's for sure, we got pretty lucky last year.

Plan on this being my first century. Great ride to go new distance since the support is there.

I'm not registering until I know it's not going to rain.

I'm doing 50... and praying the rain stays away! Months ago I'd planned on doing this as my first century, but I'm just not ready. Maybe next year! Or some other century. Anyway, I'm looking forward to it & the chance of rain has gone done. It's also a little 'cooler' than it could be because of the rain this week!

I read an article that this type of pain comes from straining the neck, especially from riding a road bike. What can you tell me about this type of injury?
