Swim
Comments: Heavy contact on the swim and took a while to get breathing in check. I was still pretty fast but out of sync. Swim was a little long l What would you do differently?: ittle more warm up Transition 1
Comments: Lost a water bottle at the start and had to stop to pick it up What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Needed to push the first half harder. Transition 2
Comments: Ran down the wrong aisle and had to lop back to my rack. Run
Comments: Good smooth run. Could have been faster but Ibacked off for the next days race. Great run. Post race
