Anybody else have one? The kids and I have been playing with it all day.

Now I want to get the microphone that plugs in to it so we can all sing karaoke .

On the list of statements i expected to see today, "Got a new Clavinova" is ranked very, very low.

I think the last time I got a clavinova, the doctor cleared it up with a short course of Cipro.

I think your doctor can prescribe some little pink pills to clear that up.

Without Googling that, I haven't got a clue what that means!

This is cracking me up!!

It is like a piano but with all kinds of different features so you can push a button and it will sound like a guitar or drums or a clarinet or someone singing. It has tiny lights above the keys so as you play the lights will flash to show you what note to play and accompaniment music plays along too.  And there is a screen so if your song is downloaded to the clavinova you can follow along with the notes right there. You can also plug in a microphone and it has tons of songs already saved so you can sing along while it plays.

There, now your sorry you even brought it up I bet!

Go figure, not a big musical crowd here in COJ.......

Actually there are a lot of musicians that frequent COJ.  In my mind a Clavinova is the model of keyboard made by Yamaha that looks a lot like a piano and they also make one that looks like a baby grand in the "Clavinova" models.  Then when you said it had lights and you could sing with it, I was thinking they must be making a lot more styles in the that model style than they used to.

Have fun making music!

Well, glad I'm not the only one who had no clue what that is!

But now that you've told us, it sounds like fun so enjoy making music with the kiddies Smile

We have one. It is a lot of fun. We have the microphone too. Although as the kids have gotten older, it mostly gets used as a piano that you can plug headphones into to practice without waking up the whole house.
