Wow. That was disappointing. Besides, running shorts too short? On women? Really?

This can happen! If I can tell when you last waxed, your shorts are an issue.

Haha--ewww. OK.

Speaking of wax, your legs are LOVELY.

You should post more often, just so we can see those gams;)

Jeez, I screw these up all the time.

Sometimes tuck in my shirt. It just doesn't always cooperate, so occasionally I tuck.

Shorts over tights. When I first got tights it was a modesty thing. Now I do it for layers. Besides, have you ever tried pulling your tights on OVER your shorts? Generally not a good look.

I haven't worn a tri-suit to a 5k, but I've thought about it.

Seems like headphones, iPods and GPS watches should have made it on the list in some way...

I don't do shorts over tights, but I would never think anything of it if I saw someone do it--a lot of the college kids (football players, baseball players) do that.

Runners' World doesn't know chit.

You rock those shorts over your tights

I realized last winter that I wear shorts over my tights when I train, but not when I race. Which makes no sense.

And I'm matchy matchy, too, since pretty much everything I own is black.

Me too. All black, all the time. Is all black matchy matchy? And I officially feel old right now.

I do wear shorts over tights sometimes, but I always knew it was wrong.

I have been known to make fun of hubby for wearing tri shorts...at a run...but maybe it's good he doesn't like the onesies??

I've warned some of the youth triathletes that Dave coaches that triathletes get too comfortable in spandex... Someone actually called Dave out on a FB photo from a run race. (A little rude, a little funny)

Natalie would rib me about my standard attire...white shirt, black shorts. I did mix it up occasionally, including some multi-color tights in the winter.

Love it! Had to laugh at the too short/too long shorts. My husband (Macdaddy) ran the entire marathon of his IM in knee length basketball shorts.

lol - no tucking shirts in unless you are in the Navy and then it is expected in PT Gear...and BTW, urine yellow see-through t-shirts are totally awesome

as for short shorts...ummm, USMC running shorts anyone...they were the main cause of me nearly crashing my car several times driving around base - especially when combined with no shirts - or was that the SeAL's, or maybe it was both

They forgot #11: If you do wear too short shorts, make sure your tan lines match!

Man, if I had a dollar for every tan line comment I get when wearing a swim suit, I'd be lookin at race wheels right now. The ones from the non athletic moms are the best ;) They usually have really pretty feet too. Lol. Really, triathletes are our own breed of hot mess. When I see that cycling shorts line--especially on strong quads--it bumps my hot-o-meter.

I cringe whenever I see shorts over tights. Full Disclosure: I'm not a shy guy at all

The free flowing hair with women they got dead wrong. It's like a Bay Watch episode.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

I sometimes have severe pains on the top of my left foot. It feels like a knife is stabbing my inner foot on the outer portion of my foot. These pains happen mainly at night but not while riding.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
