Morning BT!

5:45am: 1:00/17 miles on the KK. Took it easy as I'm heading out for a long ride tomorrow with a killer climb
6:45am: 3 mile run
7:15am: 45 minutes strength stuff

5:30am - hour long interval workout on the trainer.

5:30pm - have to knockout 3,000yds in the pool.

A six mile run when I get off work and then an hour on the trainer a little later in the evening.  The weather has been perfect around here in the evenings.

25 mile when I get off work, and then about 16 minutes of running (day 3 of my 6 day a week running plan - so short run)

firstly- it's only the 24th.

but- I got to run in Boston again today, for the 2nd day in a row.  Boyleston street, boston common, charles river park, Newberry street.  All the best back bay spots.  totally fun.  

best part is that I was able to run at all, two days in a row- given how injured I've been.  Went OK.

 

did a strength routine afterwards at the hotel gym

4 mile run this morning. 13.5 casual women's group ride. My second group ride ever, and I'm glad it was a small group and I'm getting better about staying close, but I still feel uncomfortable being too close!

On family vacation and trying to fit swimming in while on a "strict" sightseeing schedule is damn near impossible. Did run hills this am for 25 min and did butt kicking core strength workout tonight. Think tomorrow will be a better pool day!!

The goal is to get stronger while your swim, bike and run training schedule is relatively light and you can afford to hit the weights hard a couple times each week.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
