Nice job on the article! I like to hear how people handle family in different ways... Family time is something you will never get back. I either ran to or rode the bike to many of my sons baseball games this summer.

good article - have to say the most important part for me was getting my wife's support - without that I couldn't have done it - I keep saying that it must be harded on her than on me!

Excellent article, interesting to see the different approaches to inclusion or separation with family and training.

I particularly like the idea of having the family meet at the end of a point to point ride and treating them.

I do the "up at 5am to run" thing so I'm back to help with breakfast before work, seems to be a popular training time.
