Long-time participants on the Ga-BT board brown_dog_us and Mrs_brown_dog_us are pulling up stakes and moving their team to Boulder, Co. If you wanted to put yourself at ground-zero for triathlon racing and training, you couldn't find a more perfect new home...

Both Doug and Stephanie have been active participants around these parts for years and I bet they keep posting even if they're 2000 miles away.

Join me in wishing their family best of luck in the Rockies. .

brown dog, Mrs brown dog and brown_pups, good luck playing in the wilderness and at elevation in the rockies. Those are real hills...... Enjoy the snow in the winter and glorious summers.
No doubt you will be like d00d, will still part of the Georgia BT family, even though the physical address isn't in Georgia, we will still claim you. Your long-course words of advice and perspective have always been appreciated.

Good luck., oh yah, rock IM Tahoe !

Thanks!  I'm going to miss all of you.  I have made some great friends here over the years.  The good news is we have a lot of family in ATL so we will be back often.

We are stoked.  I can't wait to learn to kayak, mountain bike, ski, snowboard, and cyclocross.  I plan on trying everything!

Awww, thanks AllTom. We will certainly miss you guys. I hope some GA peeps consider testing the new Boulder 70.3 and IM races!

Becky (aureua) has already arrived in CO, but I'm sure she would join us all for beers should anyone find themselves in Denver or Boulder. : )

I wish I was moving to CO. My wife is from the Denver area and I would love to move back. 6 more years and I'll have the option. Enjoy living there.

Update on Team Buttercup...I met up with them on Saturday.   They all seem happy, but did start to cry when I said the word Georgia (no, not really).   Seriously, they were all excited about the complete change in life style.  I am excited to have a workout partner when I go to Denver for work!

As every veteran athlete can attest, a non-existent or ill planned ‘race meal plan’ will leave you falling far short of your goals or even worse, in the medical tent.
