trampoline, foam roller. nothing to eat.
Event warmup:

ran for about a mile, swam around before the start to test out my bum knee..

had the bike near the bike and run exit leaning against the fence which work well for me.
What would you do differently?:

practice helmet on suit off at the same time. Passed people into transition.

bum right knee kept me from running this summer.

Event comments:

Another good experience at this race. Although my right knee is still in pain my run was ok. It was after the run my knee started to ache. More rest is needed.

The triathlon made a lot of sense as I could fit the training around early mornings and other times that wouldn't eat too much into my family time. Things never go completely to plan do they?
