just got done swimming - I hate pool sprints...lol!

my plan today had me doing 300m w/u; 16x50m sprints with 10 sec' rest and then 200m cool-down - but I improved my sprint averages from like 59 seconds to 56 seconds (approx)

Good morning!

5:30am: 50 min run: 13 min WU/8X400m @ 5K pace/cool down
6:30am: 50 mins strength training

Well, my attempt to adjust my derailleur yesterday was an epic fail so I'm heading 110 miles west to a bike shop (nearest shop!) I called the shop owner and explained that I was in over my head--he laughed and told me to come in a half hour before he opens shop so he can walk me through the adjustments. Looking forward to learning something today!

When I get home, heading out for a ride!

Another perfect day.  One hour on the trainer, 1500 yard OWS, and second day of core/strength.  I'm shooting for 100 days in a row.

4.1 mile run @9:20. I finally made it up that big hill without walking for the first time since I came back to running.
