Guys. I got to work today and realized I totally spaced on the group pot-luck lunch THAT I ORGANIZED!

So I left at 9:15, ran to the grocery store, bought all things to make white chicken chili (hello pre-pulled, pre-cooked deli chicken!), ran home, chopped veggies, cooked veggies, added broth, spices, chicken, beans, dumped everything in a crock pot and rolled back into work at 10:15 with chili in-hand. Oh, I also had to make a SECOND run to the grocery store to pick up paper plates, bowls, napkins, utensils because no one else will.

I impressed even myself! I hope the soup doesn't suck.

Way to drop the ball, pick it up, then make a play.

Here's a great opportunity to bring up your Chicago Marathon finish to your coworkers.

"Guys...sorry....I have been in such a cloud lately with marathon training, the actual race, and getting back into training for my 2014 Ironman, that I totally spaced out. Hope the healthy chili is good"

Good morning TAN.

Hey, someone want to start a new one?  82 is close enough and think we need a new start.  This title is extremely dated (no offense to Yanti).

Well, the internet failed me today.  It doesn't have EVERYTHING.

In 1995, Cannondale put a picture of a prototype/joke tricycle in their catalog.  It was pink, had tri spoke wheels and oversized tubing.  It was ADORABLE and I would have paid just about anything to get one for a future kid.  But I can't find a picture of it ANYWHERE on the internet.  I found a few references to it and they point to the 1995 catalog and FOUND the catalog but it's not in there.

It was the morning of Ironman Newfoundland 70.3, I felt queasy. I didn't want to eat or drink anything. I had a full blown case of the pre-race HEEBEE GEEBEES.

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.
