First run started when it was 92 degrees---so hot!
Second run was a mountain road at 2:00am--gorgeous!
Third run was mid-morning, hot again!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, had a total blast and ran hard!

Hung out in the grass eating beans and cole slaw!

I read somewhere about "bar ends" to put on your handle bars, do you recommend them? Is this similar to adding clip on aero bars?
